Mutahi Ignites, Njoroge Closes In, But Snow Still Leads

What a moving day at the Limuru Country Club!

Mutahi Kibugu lit up the course with a stunning bogey-free 7-under 65, the lowest round of the day, charging up the leaderboard to T5 at -6. It was a clinical display of precision and calm under pressure that reminded fans exactly why he’s one of Kenya’s brightest golf prospects.

Greg Snow, the overnight leader, held firm with a level-par 71 to remain atop the leaderboard at -10. While not his most explosive round, Snow’s measured approach ensured he avoided major errors and retained a slender two-shot cushion heading into Sunday’s final round.

Njoroge Kibugu’s composed 4-under 68 saw him climb into solo second at -8. Njoroge’s ability to stay calm and steady has been a standout feature of his tournament so far. As he heads into the final round just two shots behind Snow, the battle between the veteran and the rising star promises to be captivating.

Joining the mix is Gaita Rodell, who surged into contention with a brilliant 68 to sit T3 at -7 alongside John Karichu, who posted a solid 70. Both players have the tools to go low and will relish the opportunity to pounce if the leaders slip.
