The Professional Golfers of Kenya (PGK) proudly concludes the Sigona leg of the PGK Equator Tour, where Njoroge Kibugu lifted his maiden Equator Tour trophy, finishing with an outstanding -9 overall. His steady performance across all four rounds—69, 71, 69, and 70—showcased remarkable consistency, resilience, and mental strength, marking a defining moment in his professional career.

Finishing tied second at -8 overall were Samuel Njoroge and Mutahi Kibugu, both delivering exceptional final rounds to keep the pressure on the leader. Samuel produced a brilliant 65 on the final day, the lowest round of the tournament, while Mutahi displayed great form with rounds of 70 and 69 over the weekend.

Performance Review of Other Notable Players

  • Greg Snow secured 4th place at -5, finishing with a strong 68 in the final round, cementing his position among Kenya’s most consistent performers.
